Order Acceptance and Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once orders have been paid for you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order to the email address provided on your order form. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and HøFSisters will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
Order Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your contract with us for goods purchased within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision to cancel by email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject heading “Cancellation” and supplying your order number and address. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your email concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Any returns after the period stated above will be at the discretion of HøFSisters..
All goods must be returned in their original condition including packaging to HøFSisters. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from HøFSisters in order to receive a refund.
If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return carriage. Please contact us in the first instance at email@example.com and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.
Should an item display a manufacturing fault it can be returned up to a period of 21 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If a faulty item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available you will be entitled to a full refund. Items that are not faulty may be able to be repaired for a charge dependent upon the costs of repair and return shipping upon agreement of the customer.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) including our delivery charge once goods are returned and in the condition they were delivered to you. Refunds will be made within 30 days upon receipt of returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including VAT for all EU country shipments including delivery charge. International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 30 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the good. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristic and functionality of the goods.
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and any other methods that may be advertised on the site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Woocommerce Payments or Pay Pal, which are secure online payment gateways which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
You will receive a dispatch notice once your order has been sent out for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. HøFSisters insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. HøFSisters are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
